About Us
The Thirsty Filly is a vintage horse trailer converted into a rustic mobile dry bar based out of Spartanburg SC. Perfect for any outdoor wedding, parties, special events, and photoshoots. You and your guest will be impressed at how unique our horse trailer is. Our goal is to produce your dream bar and take care of the details, so you and your guest can just sip away on your special day!
The Thirsty Filly serves beer, wine, champagne, signature drinks, non-alcoholic drinks, and anything in between to ensure there’s something for everyone to enjoy. You provide the alcohol, and we handle the rest. We will help guide you in deciding what and how much to purchase. You are able to keep the cost low by purchasing your alcohol directly from any store that you like.
We’ve learned that many venues in the area have their own preferred vendors when it comes to bartenders, so we offer various packages, including just renting the trailer itself to suit the needs, and budgets of everyone. All prices are based off a 4-hour minimum service. Additional hours can be purchased. All services must end at 11pm. Unless your event is during the day, we would need to be parked within 100 feet of an outlet so that we have lighting inside of the mobile bar.

We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance to cover our services. All bartenders are TIPS certified. We do not have a liquor license since we don’t sell alcohol, we can provide proof to your venue.
No, South Carolina state laws prohibit any alcohol sales by a non-liquor license establishment.
For events being held in a public space the event holder will have to file for a one-day liquor license.
No shots will be served. This includes going up to the bar and asking for a drink on the rocks. We love that you’re having a good time, but with unlimited free alcohol we need to impose some boundaries for the safety of your guest. We do check ID’s if a guest does not have ID, we will not serve them. Serving underage minors is illegal and we take this very seriously. Anyone who is visibly intoxicated will be cut off, it is occasionally necessary. We want everyone to have a great time, but the safety of your guests is our priority.
Bad weather: Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking we cannot guarantee a date change, however, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our mobile bar.
It is the responsibility of the client to take any unopened alcohol with them at the end of your service.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and the balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to the event date. We do offer a payment plan allowing clients to make a monthly payment leading up to the event. There is a 20% late fee added if not paid on your due date.
